Handmade Comfort for Any Season

Made with 100% knit wool, this poncho is designed to keep you cozy while maintaining breathability.  Ponchos, also called raunas in Colombia, are ideal for cool weather.  For extra warmth, it can be worn over a sweater and or a jacket.  The humble poncho is a multi use garment.  It can be used as warm layer on the body, a blanket on your bed or sofa,  or a firm pillow. This poncho measures 5′ 7.5″ long  by 4’1″ wide.

If you find that wool cause you to itch, just wear a layer underneath.  We love wearing our ponchos in the house as they allow us to stay comfortable with the heat set low, saving us money on our propane and electric bills.

Washing instructions:  Don’t wash frequently.  Dry clean or hand wash with wool soap or gentle shampoo in cold water.  Frequent machine washing will change the character of the wool. Air dry flat.
